60 paintings by the artist Yordan Yordanov represent the most beautiful corners of Bulgaria

The artist from Targovishte Yordan Yordanov opened his first solo exhibition in Ruse. Under the title "Bulgaria in Pictures", he arranged 60 works in the small exhibition hall on S. "Borisova" 6. The exhibition contains Yordanov's experiences as a traveler in our country and his impressions of remarkable tourist destinations. The author's preferences are related to views and captured emotions from the Rhodope Mountains. In a central place, however, he has placed a painting with the monument on Mount Shipka, which the author defines as his most exciting memory from his tours around Bulgaria.
At the opening of the exhibition, the director of the Directorate of Culture and Education at the Municipality of Ruse, Tsvetoslav Dimitrov, said that the topic of Bulgaria touches the hearts of all visitors. He wished Yordanov more creative meetings with which the author would delight people. Dimitrov delivered a congratulatory address on behalf of Mayor Pencho Milkov. "Your works have the power to evoke emotions and reflections, to bring beauty and sensuality that they make our everyday life colorful and colorful. The exposition is a space where your ideas, experiences and dreams meet the curiosity of people and the question marks of society," says Mayor Pencho Milkov's welcoming speech.
Among the guests of the event were the Regional Governor Dragomir Draganov, the Chairman of the local Society of Artists Nikolay Kolev, as well as many artists and citizens of Ruse.
Yordanov has already had 9 solo exhibitions as a painter, although he has been presenting his works to the public for only 5-6 years. The artist is a boxer by profession, he was also a boxing coach for 20 years. He graduated from the National Sports Academy.
Its exposition can be viewed until the end of the month.
