A creative constellation arrives in Ruse for "Autumn Theater Meetings"

Performances, creative workshop and autograph sessions from October 20 to 26

Ivaylo Hristov, Kamen Donev, Yulian Vergov, Petar Antonov – these are just some of the actors with whom the audience will be able to meet and talk within the framework of the Autumn Theater Meetings festival. This year, the events will be held from October 20 to 26 with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Ruse, the National Culture Fund and the Berlin Art Theater.

For the second year in a row, Ruse will become an attractive center for lovers of theater and literature with the presentation of Bulgarian and foreign performances and exciting autograph sessions with actors and writers. The organizers have prepared a diverse program, starting with the eccentric comedy of the Sava Ognyanov Drama Theater "The Last Floor" with guest actor Albena Mihova. The Ivan Vazov National Theater, Valentin Stoychev Theater 199, Plovdiv Drama Theater, Malo Teatro from Hungary and director Dejan Projkovski from North Macedonia will also be guests with their own productions.

Among the highlights of the program is Kamen Donev's original play "With the Greatest Respect", which received a gold award from the International Satire Festival in Gabrovo this year. "Rabbit Hole" promises to take viewers to a parallel universe, and Hristo Mutafchiev's one-man show "My God" immerses them in a frank conversation with a smile and a tear. The dramatic comedy "Napoletano - Below Eye Level" based on a text by Yana Borisova will also be premiered before the Ruse audience, with which a creative writing workshop will also be held with free admission.

Traditionally, the audience will be able to get up close and personal with their favorites and beyond the stage in the so-called "autograph meetings" with writers Maria Laleva and Alexander Sekulov, as well as poet Ivan Landzhev.
