Autumn Jazz in Ruse

The established names in jazz – “Sasho Popovski Trio”, “Koychev Jazz Trio”, “Daniela Belcheva Quartet”, “Radoslav Slavchev Quintet” and “Funkalero” will shine this autumn on the stage in Ruse. “Autumn Jazz Evenings” is a concert series that will delight the Ruse audience every Thursday from October 9 to November 6 in the Plenary Hall of the Ruse Municipality from 7 pm with free admission. The events are organized by the “Ruse Jazz College” Association and supported by the Ruse Municipality, “Dunarit”, Grand Hotel “Riga”, newspaper “Utro”, “Arena Ruse” and “Phoenix 94”. “Autumn Jazz Evenings”.

In addition to a gift for music lovers, the five concerts are also a way to support the idea of ​​building a “Jazz Alley” in Ruse, initiated by the chairman of the association Daniel Dzhumaliyski and adopted by a decision of the Municipal Council. The project envisages the alley to preserve the memory of Petyo Petrov – Parcheto, Stayko Staykov (Staycheto), Bobi Rusev, Sasho Berbera and other great jazzmen of Ruse, creators and supporters of the local jazz festival. The project envisages the placement of stars with their names and QR codes with biographical information in different languages ​​in front of the building of the House of Culture.

Anyone who wishes will be able to donate funds to the cause of their choice in the designated urns.
