Chinese traditional medicine specialists will give a public lecture in Ruse.

Ruse will host a public lecture featuring Chinese medical specialists, focusing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the importance of disease prevention for maintaining good health. The event will take place on Thursday, November 5, at 2:30 PM, in Hall 2.101 (Building 2) at the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse.

Titled "Health Culture Through the Lens of Millennia-Old Chinese Tradition," the lecture is part of the national campaign "Health Culture – A Foundation for Better Health," organized by the Bulgarian Hospital Association. The initiative is carried out in partnership with the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse and with the support of the Municipality of Ruse.

During the session, the visiting specialists will present the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, its core principles, and the concept of harmony between the body and health. Emphasis will be placed on various approaches to prevention and ways to maintain good health.

The program includes practical demonstrations of acupuncture, traditional *Tuina* massage techniques, and other methods used in Chinese medical practice. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample traditional Chinese herbal teas.
