FC "Mechki" once again won the "Mayor's Cup" in the city mini-football championship

For another year, the FC "Bears" team left with the "Mayor's Cup" from the city mini-football championship of the same name. It was handed to them by Deputy Mayor Zlatomyra Stefanova on the small pitches of SC "Yalta" after 35 days of play and 11 more teams with which they competed.

The championship is held for the seventh year in a row, its organizer is the chairman of FC "Ruse" Kaloyan Georgiev and it is supported by the "Sport" Program of the Municipality of Ruse.

"Thank you for continuing to develop sports in Ruse and clearly showing what fair play is," Zlatomyra Stefanova addressed the participants. She also handed the organizer of the tournament a congratulatory address on behalf of the mayor of Ruse Municipality and wished them even greater success on the field.

After 24 games played, Alarma FC took second place, and the bronze medals went to Club 41 FC. The FC "Club 33" team left with the prize for fair play.

The "Mayor's Cup" has been organized since 2013 and the winner goes to compete against the best teams from the country in the state tournament organized by the Bulgarian Mini Football Association.
