In the Council Hall at the headquarters of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Public Works Administration in the city. Bucharest, Romania A workshop on Interreg VI-A Romania – Bulgaria Programme dedicated to improving communication between project teams from both sides of the Danube River was held.
The event aimed to enhance collaboration and efficiency between the communication specialists from the Managing Authority, the Joint Secretariat, Info Point Ruse and the programme partner organisations. This is an important step towards building a dynamic and well-connected communication network capable of providing fast, accurate and coordinated exchange of information in real time, participants said.
The meeting featured key presentations by the Managing Authority on the EU’s communication and visibility rules, as well as the main official documents guiding the programme’s activities.
The communication officers of the various projects Fit For Danube, ECOCROPS, ReNature, DREAM, SMILE and FiG had the opportunity to present the progress of their initiatives, as well as the upcoming communication activities and events. The discussion that followed was active and constructive - the participants exchanged ideas for new tools and digital platforms that can make daily cooperation easier, faster and more effective.
The meeting reinforced the commitment of the Interreg VI-A Romania - Bulgaria Programme to better coordination and sharing of good practices in the field of communication. The creation of a cohesive and active network of communication experts will contribute to clearer, transparent and engaging information for the general public and stakeholders from both countries.
