Mayor Pencho Milkov will present the annual award "Ruse - 21st Century" to the best pupils and students

On the eve of November 1 - Day of the National Enlighteners, the Mayor of Ruse Municipality Pencho Milkov will present the ''Ruse - 21st Century'' Award. It is awarded to pupils and students from educational institutions in the territory of the municipality of Ruse for outstanding achievements and awards won in national and international competitions, Olympiads and contests.
Proposals for the award will be accepted at the Information Service Center of the Municipality of Ruse, which is located at ''Svoboda'' Square 6, until 5:30 p.m. on October 20. Applications must contain a detailed argumentation.
