Over 400 dance couples will take part in the International Sports Dance Tournament in Ruse

On October 21 and 22, the thirty-seventh edition of the International Sports Dance Tournament WDSF International Open "Rousse 2023" will be held in the "Arena Rousse" sports hall. This became clear at today's press conference, held in the Meeting Hall in the Ruse Municipality building.

The competition is organized by Sports Club "Nastroenie" and the Municipality of Ruse, and is for the Mayor's Cup. It is included in the official sports calendar of the Bulgarian Sports Dance Federation /BSDF/ and in the official sports calendar of the World Sports Dance Federation /WDSF/.

There are already more than 400 dance couples from 14 countries registered so far, and their number is expected to grow by the deadline for registration - October 20. The judges in the tournament are from 15 nationalities, and many couples from the top 50 of the world rankings have also announced their participation in it. The tournament is agreed with the BSDF and brings points to the participants, and from the Bulgarian side, the competitors registered in the Federation for the year 2023 have the right to participate.
