Pencho Milkov will present the "Ruse - 21st Century" Award to the best students and pupils

On the eve of the "Day of the National Revival Leaders" - November 1, Mayor Pencho Milkov will present the "Ruse - 21st Century" Award. It is awarded to pupils and students from educational institutions on the territory of Ruse Municipality for outstanding achievements and awards won from national and international competitions, Olympiads and competitions.
The nominations are deposited at the Information Center of the Municipality of Ruse on Sq. "Svoboda" 6 to 18 October inclusive. Proposals can be submitted by educational institutions and organizations in the field of education and must contain comprehensive motivation and argumentation.
