Project proposals under the National Programme for Affordable Housing and Personal Mobility can be submitted until 24 April

The Municipality of Ruse reminds all interested persons that the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP) announced at the end of January a procedure for soliciting project proposals under Component 1 (K1) "Accessible Housing Environment" of the National Programme for Accessible Housing and Personal Mobility (NP). The deadline for their acceptance is 24 April.

Any person with a permanent disability with an individual needs assessment under the Disability Act can apply for K1 funding from the NP. This assessment shall be prepared at the Social Assistance Directorate of the Social Assistance Agency at the person's current address and shall serve as an official verification of the circumstances declared by the applicant for his/her identification as a subject of the Programme.

Eligible applicants under K1 of the NP are:

- any individual owner of an individual residential building (single-family or multi-family with up to 3 detached units) who has a permanent disability, uses a wheelchair, or has a family member or child with a permanent disability, uses a wheelchair, and has a permanent or current address in the same building;

- any legal entity - association, which is established and registered under the Condominium Management Act (CMA), where there is a homeowner in the residential building who is a person with a permanent disability, wheelchair user, or whose family includes a member or child with a permanent disability, wheelchair user, with a permanent or current address in the same building.
The application forms for the 2023 application (Annex - K1 application form - PE/PL, Annex - Declaration - PE/PL and Annex - CCS) can be downloaded from the website of the MLSP (www. mlsp. government. bg - section "Policies", category "Persons with disabilities", section: "National Programme for Accessible Housing and Personal Mobility") or at the following link: https://www. mlsp. government. bg/natsionalna-programa-za-dostpna-zhilishchna-sreda-i-lichna-mobilnost-1 .

The necessary documents for applying with project proposals under K1 of the NP shall be submitted until 24. 04. 2023 inclusive, on paper and electronically, on the spot (Monday to Friday - from 9:00 to 17:00), by courier or by post to the address.
