Ruse Boxing Club awarded Mayor Pencho Milkov for the municipal support in 2022.

Mayor Pencho Milkov received a special plaque from Ruse Boxing Club as a sign of gratitude for the support given to the club by the Ruse Municipality. The award was presented by Iliya Syarov and the ceremony was attended by coaches and athletes of different ages.
"Always be proud of yourselves, because here you are not only taught how to deal blows to your opponents, but also how to successfully use your strength, protecting those weaker than you," the mayor said.
Pencho Milkov congratulated the athletes for their high results in the past year and the returnees from the State Championship for girls "Cup Bulgaria". There the girls from Ruse took second place.
We remind you that in 2022 the champions of the state championships in boxing and the medalists of the European and world championships Gabriela Dimitrova, Radoslav Rosenov and Sevda Assenova were awarded with plaques and cash prizes. Assenova was also named Athlete of the Year of Ruse Municipality. The president of the club Pavel Syarov and the head coach Sabi Sabev are also winners of gold badges of Ruse Municipality.
