Ruse with approved project for cultural initiatives under the Recovery Plan

Funds in the amount of 176,304 leva were won by the Municipality of Ruse under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan. The project proposal is under the Grant Scheme "New Generation of Local Cultural Policies for Large Municipalities". It includes various cultural formats and reaching new audiences. Its total value is 264,456 leva, of which 88,152.27 leva are self-financing.
The proposal builds on the already established cultural events in Ruse - the Christmas Parade, the New Year's Concert and the Festival Orchestra concert, which is part of the International Festival "March Music Days". It is planned to develop more innovative formats - an interactive spectacle "Bulgaria Sings" at "Arena Ruse", as well as a five-month program of the Ruse Art Gallery "Creative Ateliers for All", aimed at different age and social groups.
The deadline for implementing the activities is until March 31, 2026.
