Students from ''Toma Kardjiev'' Primary School are already using the working hydraulic platform

The construction and installation of the hydraulic platform to provide an accessible environment in the ''Toma Kardjiev'' Primary School was completed. The invested funds are from Ruse Municipality's own budget, and all necessary documents for its commissioning have been issued. The facility is currently needed by 6 students who have mobility difficulties.

2 of the children who use the platform are 7th graders and until now their classes have only been held on the first floor of the school building. After the commissioning of the facility, they can now also visit the specialised classrooms of the school.

The repair work includes removing the existing handrails, installing a vertical hydraulic platform, and enclosing the stair mirror with two layers of drywall and painting it with colored latex.

The management of the educational institution addressed the Ruse Municipality with gratitude for the new acquisition and hoped that it would contribute to better integration of students with special educational needs.
