Every citizen can now carry their entire health history on their phone thanks to the eHealth mobile application. It provides access to all electronic documents entered into the National Health Information System (examinations, referrals, prescriptions, vaccines, laboratory test results, personal health record).
In order to use the application, citizens need to have a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). Those who do not have a QES can pair their electronic patient file with their mobile device. Assistance for this can be obtained at the offices of RHI, RHIF or "Information Services" AD.
For the convenience of Ruse residents, RHI is organizing a remote workplace in the lobby in front of the Administrative Service Center of the Ruse Municipality for three days - on July 7, August 4 and September 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Employees will assist anyone who wishes to activate the application on their mobile device and link their file with their phone.
The application has been upgraded with a module "Long-term patient care", which supports the management of processes related to prevention and screening, medical risks and chronic conditions. The goal is to provide personalized and proactive assistance to users, so that they are supported in their pursuit of a longer and more fulfilling life.
The Ministry of Health has initiated a campaign under the motto "With one click - you control the system" in the period from July 1 to September 30, 2025 with the aim of popularizing the electronic health record and the eHealth application.
