The Municipality of Ruse invites all citizens, secondary administrators and persons related to the municipal budget to participate with opinions and proposals in the preparation of a draft budget of the Municipality of Ruse for 2023. Proposals are accepted at the Information Service Center of the Municipality of Ruse and at e-mail: mayor@ruse-bg.eu The deadline for soliciting proposals is 30.09.2022.
