VC "Dunav" Ruse returned to the top flight after winning the Premier League

With a score of 3:0 games the Ruse volleyball players on "Dunav" defeated VC "Miner - Pernik" and won the National Volleyball Premier League. The final match was held in Dunav Hall.

The meeting began with a minute of silence in memory of Ventseslav Georgiev, who died after being struck by lightning at the Danube stadium and would have turned 12 today.

Throughout the match, the volleyball players led convincingly. In the third game "Miner" leveled the points, but at the end "Dunav" won with 25:21.

The players of the head coach Krasimir Mironova and his assistant Danko Tonev are unbeaten last season, and in January they won the Cup of Bulgaria Premier League. For this victory the team received from the mayor Pencho Milkov statuette "Ruse" and diplomas.
