Alumni of Vili Ikonomov with prizes from an international song festival

Mihaela Barbukova, Magdalena Todorova and Desislava Vasileva from the Vocal Studio for Pop and Jazz "Ikonomov" at the Municipal Youth House returned with prizes from their participation in this year's XXII edition of the International Festival for Children and Youth Song "Stars Are Rising" in Petrich.

The performers presented a complex repertoire on both competition days, and their precise preparation was the work of their vocal pedagogue Vili Ikonomov.

In the first age group, the participants were the most - 39. In this group, Mihaela Barbukova was awarded with encouragement. In the second age group, Magdalena Todorova performed, who won first prize for her performances. First prize was also awarded to Desislava Vasileva, who was a participant in the fourth age group. She also took part in a recital dedicated to the work of the composer Haygashod Agasyan, who was on the jury of the festival together with Etienne Levy, Svetoslav Loboshki and Iskra Milkova.
