Children's Folklore Ensemble "Zornitsa" with an excellent presentation at an international festival in Italy

Children's and Youth Folklore Ensemble "Zornitsa" returned from the 12th International Folklore Festival "Meeting with Tradition", which was held in the city of Montecatini Terme, Italy. 15 ensembles from Belgium, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Estonia and 4 formations from Bulgaria – 4 ensembles took part in the festival, with only ''Zornitsa'' Ensemble performing with an orchestra, choir and dance ensemble.

The ensemble presented various programs in the two concert evenings. On the first evening, the  talents from Ruse performed "Northern Suite, Bunch of Folk Songs" from Northern Bulgaria, and on the next evening were presented "Shopska Suite" and folk songs. 
Before the final concert evening, all ensembles were shown, and the ''Zornitsa'' Youth Ensemble was invited by the organizers to lead the parade as the most attractive ensemble with live music.

During their two concerts, the performers from Ruse were welcomed and sent off with great applause from the audience, and the ensemble received a certificate of participation.

During their free time, the children visited Florence, where they had the opportunity to see many sights.

The participation of "Zornitsa" in Italy was carried out with the financial support of the Municipal Foundation "Ruse - City of the Free Spirit", "AS - STROY" - Ruse and Motorways "Black Sea" - Shumen.
