Daria Stefanova from Vocal Group "Prista" conquered the stage in Almaty, Kazakhstan

Daria Stefanova from the "Prista" Vocal Group at the Ruse Municipal Youth Center, led by Dorothea Bajlovska, won first place at the XXV Jubilee International Competition of Children's Creativity "Boztorgai".

The event took place from June 1-6 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Daria competed in the largest age group among pop vocalists and, according to the regulations, performed two songs - a Bulgarian song and a foreign one of her choice. The high number of points from both performances, given by the international jury, placed her in first place together with a representative of Kazakhstan. The international competition "Boztorgai" is the most prestigious competition for children's creativity in Kazakhstan, which traditionally attracts young talents from many countries of Asia and Europe. It is held in several directions - pop vocals, dance art, folk singing and folk instruments. This year, the participants were about 1,200 people from Armenia, Bulgaria, Kyrgyzstan, China, Lithuania, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and all regions of Kazakhstan.
