Deputy Mayor Zlatomira Stefanova fate the first baby born in Ruse in 2023

Deputy Mayor Zlatomira Stefanova congratulated the parents of the first Ruse baby for the year 2023 at his discharge from the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Complex at KANEV Hospital. She also met with the senior nurse of the neonatology ward Galina Barbukova and thanked the medical team for their professionalism and responsibility in welcoming the new life.
The young family received a gift and a congratulatory address from the mayor of Ruse Municipality Pencho Milkov with wishes for health and much love in the family.
Ruse's first baby is a boy and he cried on January 2 at 5 pm. It weighs 3300 grams and is 49 cm long. Vladimir is the first born of the young mother Monika Assenova, both are in good health and together with the father Svetoslav already share the joy in the surroundings of their relatives.
