Eco action of the Speleo Club "Akademik" cleaned the hiking trails in Lipnik Forest Park

During the weekend in the "Lipnik" Forest Park was held the last fourth initiative of the project of the Speleo Club "Academic" "One Scout Summer in Ruse". The series of scouting events was realized with the financial support of the Municipal Foundation "Ruse - City of Free Spirit" and managed to awaken the interest of the young Ruthenians and their parents to the scouting idea and organization.

The children from the "Cave Bear" club of the "Akademik" speleo club together with nearly 20 other enthusiasts cleaned part of the hiking trails in the area of the White Girl's fountain.

The action also brought together many friends and members of the Academic Speleo Club. The children and their parents had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Scout idea, the specific activities and organization of the Scout movement in Ruse and around the world, as well as why it is important to keep nature clean.

The eco enthusiasts ended the day with a game of volleyball.
