Ecomuseum with aquarium celebrates 10 years with documentary and recognition from local community

The premiere screening of the documentary film dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Ecomuseum with an aquarium was held in the Batenberg Hall of the Regional History Museum - Ruse. The event brought together representatives of the local government, the cultural and scientific community, as well as dozens of citizens to celebrate a decade of the museum's work, which has established itself as a significant cultural and scientific center in the region.

The documentary story not only presents the history of the Ecomuseum, but also emphasizes its impact on education and upbringing in love and care for nature. The project was implemented by the production company "Perseus", and its manager, Dimitar Lipovanski, shared behind-the-scenes stories and challenges in the creation of the film.

Prof. Dr. Nikolay Nenov, Director of the Regional History Museum - Ruse, expressed his gratitude to the Ecomuseum team for their dedication and professionalism over the years. In his speech, Prof. Nenov emphasized that the Ecomuseum is a bridge between the past, present and future, which promotes not only knowledge, but also emotions and commitment to nature conservation. He thanked the partners, including Arena Media and the production company "Perseus", for their support in the realization of the film, as well as the sponsors.

The event was attended by Deputy Mayor Zlatomira Stefanova, who greeted the museum team and expressed confidence that the cultural institution will continue to be an inspiration for future generations. "This is not just a museum - it is an institution that creates a community and inspires people to think about the relationship between man and nature," said Stefanova.

The mayor of the municipality of Ruse, Pencho Milkov, had a special participation in the film, who highly appreciated the activities of the Ecomuseum. The event ended with applause for the museum team, which continues to work to promote the relationship between man and nature in the Danube region.
