Five blocks in Ruse will be renovated under the energy renovation procedure

Approved for renovation are all 5 residential blocks that the Municipality of Ruse proposed for renovation with funds under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage II" within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The final ranking is published on the official website of the Project Management Information System. Financial resources for the renovation of the residential building stock will be received by bl. "Cosmos", bl. "Marek", bl. "Nayden Kirov", block on  "Dr. Mustakov" No5 str. and bl. "Izgrev". It is planned to use the envisaged energy efficiency measures to improve the architectural appearance of buildings, significantly reduce primary energy costs, and improve the living conditions of residents in residential buildings. The approved buildings will receive up to 80% of the grant, and the Association of Owners must ensure its deductible through its own financial resources in the amount of 20% of the value of the eligible costs of the project.

For the "Izgrev" block, BGN 205,757 are provided. The energy characteristics of the multi-family residential building, which is located on  "Dr. Mustakov" No5 str., will be improved with the investment of BGN 271,280. Bl. "Nayden Kirov" receives BGN 721,096. The renovation of bl. "Marek" is in the amount of BGN 190,860. For the renovation of bl. "Cosmos" will need BGN 284,933.

It is expected that in August the Municipality of Ruse will receive an official invitation for concluding the administrative contracts for the projects approved for funding.
