Hundreds of children from all over Bulgaria took part in the initiative "GO!KIDS!“

The city stadium in Ruse hosted the sports initiative "GO!KIDS!“. The competition brought together hundreds of children and their parents from all over the country. The adolescents showed fortitude and endurance in running 60 and 100 m and jumping from place and length. All children who participated in each of the competitions received medals and prizes.

The event was attended by the Mayor of Ruse Municipality Pencho Milkov and the Deputy Mayor for Sports and Youth Activities Borislav Rachev, who awarded some of the participants with cups.

The main objective of the competition is to promote athletics among children and adolescents. It is organized by SC "Priority Sport" with the assistance of Athletics Sports Club "Lokomotiv" Ruse and is implemented with the financial support of Ruse Municipality.

Today's competition is the second round of the GO Athletic League competitions chain!KIDS!, with the next edition in Sofia on June 2.
