Mayor Pencho Milkov awarded the coach of "Danube"-Ruse Krasimir Mironov with a golden badge

Today, a meeting was held in the Danube Hall between the volleyball players of VC "Danube"-Ruse and the mayor Pencho Milkov. She is at the invitation of the club's management on the occasion of the match won on Saturday against "Miner" Pernik with a 3:0 game. The competitors of senior coach Krasimir Mironov triumphed in the National Volleyball Premier League.

"You brought great joy and strength to our city. I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. Regarding your participation in the Super League next season, the main task, both for the management and the coaching staff, as well as for the municipality, is to ensure the opportunity to compete with dignity in the elite of Bulgarian volleyball," said Pencho Milkov. He emphasized that the help of Ruse companies will also be sought. The mayor honored Krasimir Mironov with a gold badge and presented the team with an icon of Saint George to protect and inspire him in future challenges.

The competitors of the Ruse club presented the mayor with a volleyball and posters with their signatures.

The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Mayor for Sports and Youth Activities Borislav Rachev and the Chairman of the Board of SCV "Dunav" Valeri Andreev.

We remind you that at the end of January, the mayor Pencho Milkov awarded the volleyball players of "Danube" - Ruse and their coaches with certificates and a "Ruse" statuette for winning the Bulgarian Premier League Cup.
