National project looking for young talents in volleyball

Volleyball legends Nikolay Ivanov and Evgeni Ivanov - The Rifle presented the large-scale national project "Volleyball at School" with an open lesson in the sports hall of the Secondary School for European Languages (SSEL). The initiative aims to raise interest in the game and to discover among the young talents in school the future big stars of Bulgarian sport.

After the official opening and welcoming the participants and attendees, the subtleties of the volleyball game were demonstrated to the students by the professional coach Krasimir Mironov - head coach of Volleyball Club "Dunav" Ruse, who conducted the classes with his pupils.

The event was attended by the Deputy Mayor Encho Enchev, the Head of the RSE Rositsa Georgieva, the Executive Director of the Bulgarian Basketball Federation Filip Videnov, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Youth and Sports at the Municipal Council - Ruse Elisaveta Doseva, Maya Petrova - Director of the Student Sports School - Ruse, teachers and graduates of the SSEL.
