On March 15 and 16, public entertainment events and activities in the municipality of Ruse are cancelled

By order of the mayor of the Municipality of Ruse, all public entertainment events and activities on the territory of the Municipality of Ruse are canceled on March 15 and 16 /Friday and Saturday/. The decision is in connection with the two-day national mourning announced by the Council of Ministers in memory of His Holiness the Bulgarian Patriarch and Metropolitan Neophyte of Sofia.

During the days of mourning, the national and municipal flags of all municipal buildings and public places will be lowered to half-mast. It is recommended that pre-arranged official events, which cannot be canceled due to reasons of an exceptional nature, be consistent with the announced mourning and with paying the necessary respect to the memory of Patriarch Neophyte.
