In connection with the two days of national mourning announced by the government on the occasion of the death of Patriarch Neophyte - March 15 and 16, the opening of the International Festival "March Music Days" is postponed indefinitely.
The Municipality of Ruse will notify in due time of the related changes in the festival program.
