Public discussion on long-term debt for lighting modernization in Ruse

Ruse Municipality invites the local community, all public organizations and legal entities on 23. 12. at 12:00 in St. George", pl. "Svoboda" № 6, at a public hearing on a proposal to incur long-term municipal debt in order to design, supply and implement an outdoor artificial lighting system in the city of Ruse (including the neighborhoods of Sredna Kula and Dolapite), as well as a monitoring system to achieve savings in electricity consumption.

The maximum value of the energy saving measures (ESM) is up to BGN 1 953 179,44 including VAT, and the repayment conditions are up to 5 years from the acceptance of the ESM implementation.

Debt service is provided for by the contractual savings realised as a result of the investment, local revenue funds and a general matching grant.
