Ruse Municipality invites citizens and organizations to a workshop for the second edition of the Garash Cake Festival

Ruse Municipality invites representatives of the Regional History Museum, the business community: pastry shops, confectioners, restaurants, cafes, tour operators, hotels, NGOs and Ruse cultural institutes, to a working meeting to create a concept and prepare a program for the Garash Cake Festival.

The meeting will be held on 27 June at 4 pm in the building of the Ruse Municipality in St. George Hall, floor. 6.

Those unable to attend can email their suggestions to ruse. tic@gmail. com by July 20.

The popular Garash cake was created in Ruse at the end of the 19th century. The desire of Ruse Municipality is the delicious feast to contribute to the development of the tourist potential of the city.
