Ruse Municipality presents its tourism product at an international exhibition in Veliko Tarnovo

From today until October 10, the Municipality of Ruse is participating in the 20th International Tourism Exhibition "Cultural Tourism", which is being held in Veliko Tarnovo. The forum includes 35 Bulgarian municipalities, representatives of the tourism business, tourist associations, as well as the Embassies of Azerbaijan and India. Under the motto "Table - Stories of the Bulgarian Taste", the mastery of culinary specialists from the region and unique foods and wines from various wineries in the country will be presented during the days of the exhibition.

The event envisages holding conferences on topics such as "Intangible Cultural Heritage - the Unadulterated Charm of Destinations", "Festivals - a Role for the Development of Destinations and a Stimulus for Local Communities" and others. A national meeting of tourist information centers is also planned within the framework of the forum.

At the stand of the Municipality of Ruse, those interested can receive information about the sights of the city and the region, up-to-date information about museums, tour guides, possible visits and realization of trips, transport options and access to travel agencies and entertainment and recreation opportunities. The experts of the Tourist Information Center also provide visitors with up-to-date information about events in the city, information about hotels, restaurants, confectioneries, as well as about business. On October 9 at 5 p.m., the Municipality of Ruse will take part in the competition "Local Bites: The Taste of the Regions!" and will present the emblematic cake of the city "Garash". Through stories about the history of the dessert, information about the "Garash" Cake Festival and tasting the chocolate dessert, attendees will be able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the city.
