Ruse will celebrate World Mental Health Day with a UNO tournament

In connection with World Mental Health Day, which is celebrated on October 10, on October 9 /Thursday/ at 4 p.m. in front of the Freedom Monument, a UNO tournament - a board card game, will be held, organized by the Preventive and Information Center for Narcotics - Ruse and their volunteers, together with the Municipal Youth Center and the Youth Parliament and with the assistance of the Ruse Municipality.

The initiative aims to draw public attention to the importance of mental health and to encourage social engagement, positive communication and an active lifestyle among young people and citizens.

Anyone can participate in the tournament, without age restrictions. The organizers have provided prizes for first, second and third place, and the remaining participants will be able to participate in a raffle with incentive prizes.

The event will also include a special self-awareness session, led by a specialist from the Prevention Information Center, during which participants will have the opportunity to use metaphorical maps to explore personal topics and develop emotional awareness.

The organizers have planned the event to be held in the Ruse Municipality building at  ''Knyazheska'' 8 Street in adverse weather conditions.
