Ruse Municipality supports the campaign of the "State Agency for Road Traffic Safety" for the European Mobility Week

On September 22, the citizens of Ruse and the guests of the city will ride free of charge on all lines of the mass public transport

From 16 to 22 September, the European Mobility Week is held.

The Municipality of Ruse traditionally joins the campaign organized by the "State Agency for Road Safety". This year's events are related to the protection of the life and health of the youngest and most vulnerable road users – children.

Employees of the municipal administration together with the mayor's proxy in the district. "Dolapite" Svetlin Savov visited the "Sinchets" Kindergarten and held a talk with its students about the safe movement of the road and the rules and obligations of pedestrians. The children had prepared thematic drawings and actively participated with knowledge on the topic, learning new and useful things. For their good performance, they received gifts and materials developed by the State Agency for Traffic Safety and Security.

Tomorrow a visit is planned to the branch of kindergarten "Roza" in the village of Tetovo, where an information campaign for the youngest will also be held.

This year's motto  is "Combine and Move", and the theme of the initiative is "Shared Space for All". The Municipality of Ruse is involved with various activities, promoting movement with means that do not pollute the environment and sustainable public transport. On September 22, the local administration and "Municipal Transport" organize a free trip for all residents and guests of the city on all lines of the mass public transport in Ruse.
