Six "readers' nests" for the citizens of Ruse at the European Night of Literature

Those who have visited each of the reading points will receive a book as a gift

On September 25 /Wednesday/ Ruse again joins the international initiative "European Night of Literature". The thirteenth edition of the event will offer book lovers 6 readers' nests in the Danube town, where excerpts from contemporary European literary works published after 2000 and published in Bulgarian will be read.

As every year, on the initiative of the Regional Library "Lyuben Karavelov" and the International Society "Elias Canetti", the citizens who received stamps from each nest will receive as a gift specially selected books from the two institutes.

For this year's edition in the city, the Municipality of Ruse, the Revival Community Center "Zora - 1866", the Community Center "Zahari Stoyanov - 1937" and the visual artist Momchil Mihaylov - Momo are also working together in the city.

Curiously, this year the events will not be concentrated only in the city center. The first reading will start from the farthest point - at 5:30 p.m. in the garden in front of the Community Center "Zahari Stoyanov - 1937". All other readings will start at 6 p.m., and between the excerpts there will be pauses that allow free movement to the next nest.

• 17:30-20:30 in the garden in front of the Community Center "Zahari Stoyanov - 1937", reading by Mladen Minev;

• 6-9 p.m. on the amphitheater stage of the pier in Ruse, reading by Detelina Kamenova;

• 6-9 p.m. in the lobby of the Revival Community Center "Zora 1866", reading by Emilia Vasileva;

• 6-9 p.m. in the lobby of the Profitable Building, reading by Polina Lavchieva;

• 6-9 p.m. at the Canetti House on Blvd. 12 Slavyanski Street, reading by Iglika Peeva;

• 6-9 p.m. in the garden in front of the Regional Library "Lyuben Karavelov", reading by Tatyana Savova.

In case of bad weather, the planned readings on the pier will take place in the "Canetti House" on the boulevard '' Slaviyanski'' 12.
