Ruse Municipality supports the "Share and Inspire" initiative on October 10

On October 10 /Friday/ at 7 p.m., an event of the "Share and Inspire" movement will be held in the Plenary Hall of the local administration. The event is organized by the non-profit association of the same name and with the support of the Municipality of Ruse. The idea of ​​the movement is to meet inspiring individuals with students from 11th and 12th grade in order to motivate them to walk boldly on their path and believe in their own strengths.

Attendees will be able to get acquainted with the initiative live and hear the exciting lecture of Svetoslav Zahariev - Siso from Ruse. In his author's presentation "The Power of Choice", he will talk about mistakes and challenges, about conscious and unconscious decisions, about the strength of will and the importance of the environment we build around ourselves.

Svetoslav Zahariev is the first Bulgarian to win a world and European title in grappling - a sport that combines elements of wrestling, sambo and judo. He graduated from kinesitherapy at the Ruse University "Angel Kanchev". In 2013, his life changed after a serious car accident, as a result of which he remained in a wheelchair. Despite this, Siso did not give up on sports, continued to train and lead training sessions, and also created a gym with adapted equipment for people with motor deficits.

The event is free to enter, on-site registration will take place between 18:40 and 19:00, and the duration of the event will be about an hour and a half. The initiative is aimed primarily at teenagers, but is open to all who want to draw inspiration from Siso's personal story.

The "Share and Inspire" initiative is looking for Ruse residents with rich life and professional paths to tell their personal stories and pass on knowledge and experience to young people.
