Ruse volunteers with "Agent of Change 2023" awards

Ruse residents Teodor Tsvetkov and Svetoslav Zahariev - Siso were awarded by the "Agent of Change" Foundation for 2023. The two received the awards for their hard work on socially significant causes.
Theodore Tsvetkov, known for his charitable causes, swimmer and record holder, became "Ambassador" of "Agent of Change 2023". Upon receiving the award, he commented, "I am truly touched by this recognition and by the support of all of you! This experience has brought me closer to amazing people who, like me, are taking action for the betterment of society. My dream is to make the world around us a better place where we care for each other with love and compassion. I believe in the power of community and that together we are stronger!"
Svetoslav Zahariev - Siso received first place in the category "Change for Everyone", together with Dr. Aldin Ali. He actively helps children with disabilities to feel accepted and included through fitness classes in a specially equipped gym. In this way Siso helps their rehabilitation and socialization.
The event is held every year and was attended by the Mayor of Sofia Municipality Vasil Terziev, the Minister of Labour and Social Policy Ivanka Shalapatova, TV presenter Niki Kanchev, as well as other representatives of NGOs, popular actors, musicians, writers, journalists and athletes.
