The local citizen from Ruse - Teodor Tsvetkov, known with the charitable causes he supports, set another record. For 71 hours he swam in the waters of Lake Nikolovo and thus managed to set a world record.
The young man from Ruse started his swimming marathon on Thursday afternoon. He was sent by many friends and supporters, including the mayor Pencho Milkov, who wished him success and strength in the difficult undertaking.
After three days of non-stop swimming and a few moments of difficulty, Teodor showed that the human will is limitless.
This month he was supposed to swim the Black Sea with an environmental cause, but the military situation prevented him.
Teo dedicated this victory to his sponsors, relatives, family and team, who unfailingly support him in every endeavor.
