The "Don't be angry, man" charity tournament, held today on Peristeri Alley in the Youth Park in Ruse, raised over BGN 3,000 for the treatment of 2-year-old Krasi, who is fighting a severe tumor disease of the liver.Funds continue to flow into the child's family account, and the initiative remains open for support.
The event, organized by "Napred" association, attracted many participants and spectators united by the noble cause. The tournament, which was realized with the support of the Municipality of Ruse, lasted over 5 hours and included several rounds. The participants in the competition were supported by the Guinness record holder Teodor Tsvetkov and his brother Valentin, by Iliyan Rusev - Skuri, founder of the "Alexander Rusev" Foundation, as well as by the former MMA fighter and world and European grappling champion Svetoslav Samuilov - Siso.
Charity boxes were set up during the event, and all entry fees were transferred directly to the Krasi family account. Adjacent to the competition tables was a charity stand offering handmade items, also intended to raise funds for the child's treatment.
Volunteers from the Municipal Youth Center joined the tournament and organized an outdoor workshop. They demonstrated their skills by painting on children's faces with safe paints, delighting and entertaining both young and old visitors to the event.
