The first baby of 2024 in Ruse received a diploma and a gift from Mayor Pencho Milkov

According to an already established tradition, Mayor Pencho Milkov attended the discharge of the first baby for 2024 in the municipality of Ruse. Little Darina Hristova cried in the Obstetrics and Gynecology complex of the University Hospital "Medica Ruse" at 01:43 on January 1st.

"I wish her to continue this good start and to always be a champion in the future, to become a good and successful person. I wish her more health, longevity, days filled with crazy children's games. And to you, parents, I wish strength, will and perseverance to cope with future challenges and to enjoy the achievements of your child," congratulated the young family Pencho Milkov.

We remind you that in order for the baby to come into the world, a cesarean section was performed under emergency conditions by a team led by Dr. Djordje Stoynev, obstetrician-gynecologist; dr. Filiz Avdzhialieva, specialist in obstetrics and gynecology; dr. Tatiana Itova, neonatologist, and Dr. Eleonora Ivanova, anesthesiologist.
At the same time today they also discharged the baby girl, born in the last hours of the past year 2023. Safaya Hams is the fruit of love between a Chinese woman and an Englishman who chose to live not far from Ruse. 

The mayor wished the two families health, understanding and family warmth in the New Year and presented them with certificates and gifts.
