Representatives of the Youth Parliament took part in the annual youth academy organized by the Municipal Youth House in Ruse.
This year the academy was held from October 31 to November 3 in Apriltsi on the topic "Active Youth Participation and Leadership". The attendees studied and had fun together, got acquainted with youth policies and activities at national and European level and understood how to work in a team. Through interactive methods, young people learned what are the qualities that a leader should possess and develop.
On October 31, the young people organized a Halloween party with lots of fun games and costumes, and on November 1, they celebrated the Day of the National Revival Leaders with a competitive game in teams with questions about Bulgaria, recited original works, danced with people and had fun. Last night, the young people gathered around the campfire, where they shared stories. Very useful for teamwork were also the sports competitive games, which were organized by animators from "Balkan Adventure". Interesting and energizing for young people were the walks in nature, the visit to the tourist trail "The Cross" and the Troyan Monastery.
The Academy was held with the financial support of the Municipal Youth Plan for 2024 of the Municipality of Ruse.
