Ruse hosted the state championships in ship model sports - classes "NS" and "M"

On the small lake in Lesopark "Lipnik" the state championships in model ship sports were held in classes "NS" - radio-controlled models of existing ships and "M" - radio-controlled high-speed models.

18 athletes with 22 models from the ship modeling clubs from Kavarna, Pazardzhik, Harmanli, Dimitrovgrad, Sofia and Ruse took part in the "NS" class competition.
State champion for 2022 from the Ship Modeling Club in Ruse was engineer Lubomir Nenov in the F2A class.

45 athletes competed in speed models, and the state champions for 2022 from the Ruse Ship Modeling Club are:
01. Sorin Mavro - silver medal in FSR E class
02. Sorin Mavro - gold medal in Hydro 1 class
03. Krasimir Georgiev - silver medal in Hydro 1 class
04. Adrian Kuvatov - bronze medal in Hydro 1 class
05. Sorin Mavro - gold medal in Hydro 2 class
06. Razvan Oleanov - silver medal in Hydro 2 class
07. Krasimir Georgiev - bronze medal in Hydro 2 class
08.    Ivan Georgiev - bronze medal in mini Hydro class
09. Ivan Georgiev - bronze medal in mini MONO class
10. Krasimir Georgiev - silver medal in MONO 1 class
11. Sorin Mavro - gold medal in MONO 2 class.
12. Krasimir Georgiev - silver medal in MONO 2 class

The competitions are held under the auspices of the mayor of Ruse and the Bulgarian Federation of Ship Modeling. Their organizer is the ship model sports club "ZMS Ivan Marinov" - Ruse.
