The deadline for applying for the second stage of the renovation procedure is extended by the end of March

Ruse Municipality informs citizens that the deadline for applying under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of residential buildings – Stage II" under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) has been extended until March 28.

This allows associations of owners who, for various reasons, including administrative ones, have failed to apply for funding to date, to do so. The application documents remain the same as before, and an additional decision of the general meeting of the condominium ownership must be attached to them that the co-owners agree to provide 20% co-financing for the implementation of the energy efficiency measures. This Programme provides grants of up to 80% of the eligible costs.

Associations of owners wishing to participate in Stage II can apply to Ruse Municipality until March 18.
