The Ruse Youth Guard Squad Met with President Rumen Radev

The young people from the XIII Youth Guard Detachment at the Municipal Youth House - Ruse met with their patron – the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev. The occasion for the reception in the building of the presidency was May 6 - Day of Bravery and a holiday of the Bulgarian Army.

The boys and girls had the opportunity to watch the solemn change of the Guard of Honor at 12:00 in front of the building of the administration of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria. Then the Head of State welcomed the young people in the Coat of Arms Hall of the Presidency.

The commander of the XIII Youth Guard detachment at the Municipal Youth House in Ruse Dimitar Atanasov handed the President the sworn list and promise. The director of the Youth House Krasimira Nikolaeva and the head of the detachment Bilyana Miteva presented a plaque and a painting painted especially for the occasion by Raya Puhleva - a volunteer at the Youth Parliament Club. A picture was also painted by the young people from the "Palitra" painting club headed by Georgi Georgiev, which was handed to Vice President Iliana Yotova.

The Head of State congratulated the students and welcomed their willingness and dedication to build Bulgaria's future.

"Learn from the works of the builders of modern Bulgaria and follow their covenants. Grow up as good people and worthy Bulgarians, responsible to our society and country and do not forget that we all rely on you because you are the future and hope of our country," President Rumen Radev said.

The meeting was attended by the Head of his Cabinet Galab Donev, the Secretary of Security and Defense Dimitar Stoyanov, the Security and Defense Advisers Stefan Godzhevorgov and Iliya Milushev, as well as the commander of the National Guard Regiment. Kancho Ivanov.

The visit ended with a tour of the presidential library.

The meeting with the Head of State was organized by the Youth Guards Detachments Association.
